As the successful Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Lead on customer support communications, working closely with the marketing, sales, digital, and on-site staff to provide up to date client liaisons using email, phone, social media, Explori, and FreshDesk.
- Collate, and deliver, client feedback - acting as an advocate for clients within the company.
- Drive continuous improvements to customer satisfaction metrics and attendee retention through improved response times, professional support and fast resolution time and creating detailed reports to senior management.
- Writing and updating documentation and processes on the company's events and services.
- Work to improve and deliver excellent customer satisfaction across all levels of the business.
To be successful as the Customer Service Executive, you should have:
- Excellent customer service skills and provable experience.
- A strong drive to develop your skills and a keen eye for client services.
- Prior experience using surveys and survey software (Explori etc) is desirable.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
