Job description
An award-winning design company is now looking for a Client Success Manager to join a busy team in South West London. You'll assist with day-to-day management of the client services team, focusing on customer satisfaction and acting as a primary point of contact between clients and the client success team. This is a permanent, in-office position offering a great salary of up to £45,000 plus benefits.
This would be an ideal role for a proactive customer-focused professional who may have worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive and is now looking for their next step, or a professional with excellent leadership skills and the ability to engage with and resolve customer issues with a calm, solutions-focused and creative approach

As the Client Success Manager, you will:
- Lead the Client Services Team, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of revenue, invoicing, and cashflow targets to support business growth.
- Act as the key escalation point for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing key accounts and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Improve and streamline service delivery processes for greater efficiency and quality.
- Manage contract renewals, reporting, and financial performance to keep the business on track.
- Coordinate engineering resources to ensure projects run smoothly and communication is clear.
- Support team development through training, feedback, and career progression opportunities.
As the successful Client Success Manager,you should have:
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or customer service (service desk experience desirable).
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experienced in leading teams, managing performance, and supporting training and development.
- Confident in using ticketing/contract management systems and analysing data to drive improvements.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and business improvement processes.
