Our client a global company that has branches in over 50 countries and who provides business solutions to numerous prestigious companies currently have a vacancy for an operations/account manager for a loyalty brand.
The role and Responsibilities:
Paying a basic salary of between £30-£32k
Based in West London
Manage the relationship between the brand and the company.
You will be the first point of contact for the client
Finding resolutions and maintaining SLA’s
Attending regular client reviews
Responsible for managing financial and budgetary matters
Promoting the brand and identifying ways of improving ROI
Skills/Experience required:
Previous operational management experience ideally in a contact centre
Exposure to Loyalty brands, memberships and subscriptions
The Ability to negotiate and be persuasive
High level of Numeracy
Prior knowledge of dealing with international accounts and intricate projects
Self-managing and organised
