Inbound/Outbound Consultative Telesales – Digital TV, Broadband and Telephone – A new exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a leading independent digital TV, broadband and telephone company. Providing a far superior service, offering the ability to buy and arrange installations over the telephone.
Based in smart & modern offices in South West London and located minutes from all local pubs, bars and restaurants, the successful applicant will be working in a friendly and outgoing team. Regular social events are arranged after work and employees enjoy a relaxed, yet professional working environment where incentives and competitions are consistently run.
The successful applicant will conduct a 'digital consultation' over the phone, offering customers free, fair and impartial advice across the complete range of TV, broadband and telephone products and closing the sale.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
Money motivated and target driven
Professional, well spoken, polite and have a friendly tone
Very confident
Very hard working and determined to achieve – not happy being second at anything
Have an interest in or experience with TV, Broadband and Telephone
Have proven listening and closing skills
Remuneration: £7.50 per hour plus an extremely lucrative commission structure. The company also offers unmatched career progression including to- Progress to Team Management, Quality Control, HR or other parts of the business.
Working hours - based on a shift rota:
Monday to Friday: 8am - 9pm
Saturdays and Sundays: 9am - 6pm.
The successful applicant will be working a 40 hour week /8 hours a day/5days a week (spread over Monday – Sunday).
This is an ongoing temporary role and a minimum commitment of 6 months is required.
